Helping Families Navigate Complex Healthcare Decisions with Confidence
RN Care Consultants provides personalized care management, private Registered Nurse advocacy, and care coordination for older adults and their families throughout Los Angeles.
Whether you're helping an aging parent navigate changing health needs, recovering from a hospitalization, planning for long term care, or simply want an experienced Registered Nurse by your side, we help you make informed decisions with confidence.
You Shouldn't Have to Become the Medical Expert.
A parent is hospitalized. A diagnosis changes everything. Doctors aren't always communicating, the next steps are unclear, and important decisions need to be made. Most families have no clinical training and no clear roadmap. That's exactly where we step in.
Why Families Trust RN Care Consultants
My career began as a Registered Nurse in the UCLA Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit, caring for patients with complex medical needs. I later founded and led several private nursing, home care, and care management companies.
Today, unlike many large organizations, we intentionally limit the number of families we serve. This allows us to provide experienced clinical guidance, responsive service, and true continuity of care, with a dedicated RN Care Manager who truly knows each client's story.

Who We Help
Trusted by Families Facing Complex Care Decisions
Many of our clients are adult children balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, and the growing needs of an aging parent or loved one.
In practice, this often includes:
Attending medical appointments
Coordinating specialists and providers
Managing and overseeing medications
Helping families navigate hospitalizations
Evaluating and overseeing caregivers
Ensuring safe transitions home
We serve as a central point of contact, bringing clarity, coordination, and objective guidance, so families can move forward with confidence, even when opinions differ.
How It Works
Request an Initial Consultation:
We begin with a confidential conversation about your family's situation, concerns, and goals. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your options, and determine how we can best support you.
Create a Personalized Care Plan:
We assess the complete picture, including medical, cognitive, emotional, and practical needs, and develop a personalized plan with clear recommendations tailored to your family.
Ongoing Guidance and Care Management:
As your family's trusted advisors, we coordinate care, communicate with healthcare providers, attend medical appointments when needed, oversee caregivers, and help your family navigate hospitalizations, transitions home, and each step in between.
Every family is different. Our role is to provide the guidance, coordination, and continuity you need, so you can focus on what matters most: your loved one.
Families often tell us their greatest relief comes from knowing someone is paying attention to every detail, anticipating what's next, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
That proactive approach is at the heart of everything we do.
“This service has been a lifesaver for my elderly mother! Courtney is a highly educated, professional, kind, and thoughtful care coordinator. On several occasions she has stepped in during emergency situations and provided immediate and calm support. We adult children received regular and thorough updates on our mother's healthcare, home care, and general well being. She is a positive life force and an excellent advocate. If you are looking for the best possible care for your family member, look no further.”

Ready to Take the First Step?
Every family's situation is unique, and every care plan should be, too.
We intentionally work with a limited number of families so each client receives the time, attention, and continuity they deserve. If you're ready for experienced guidance and personalized support, we'd be honored to help.
